Our Irish Kickers cupcakes and cakes have a nice dark chocolate cake flavored with Guinness beer that brings out the chocolate flavor.  The frosting is a buttercream with Baileys Irish Cream and Jameson Irish Whiskey added to it.  The Baileys and Jameson give the frosting just the right balance of sweetness. And of course no Irish Kickers cake or cupcake would be complete without a sprinkling of little green shamrocks!
